Was born on July 15, 1984, in Alexandria, Virginia, to the late Jimmie Hulett Jr. and Ester Hardesty. The youngest of three sons, he was raised alongside his brothers, Gerald (LaShawn) and Ray (Angela).

Jimmie was educated in the District of Columbia Public School System before transferring during his junior year to Academia De Recta Porta International Day School, the educational arm of New Dimensions Kingdom Ministries. In 2003, he graduated as valedutorian of his senior mass.

He later attended the University of the District of Columbia, where he studied Graphic Design for two years, building a strong foundation in creativity and  visual communication.

In 2011, Jimmie began a new professional journey in the HVAC field. He was accepted into the Local 602 Apprenticeship School, where he received comprehensive training in all major aspects of HVAC systems. He successfully completed the program in 2016 and is now a licensed Journeyman in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
